English Medical Medical: Dentistry Histology
The sentence where this word was extracted is:
'The encapsulation and mobility of the nodule are signs of probable benignity, although a biopsy must always be performed.'

My question is: Can I use both words in the context of this paragraph? Are they synonims?

For what it's worth, I would stick to "benignity", only because the former is more common in UK English, you only need to do a search on google to verify this.
