Jamaican Coffee Bomb Explanation: It's probably a cake in the shape of a bomb (Road Runner bombs rather than WMD). 'Bombe' seems to refer more to ice-cream or frozen cakes and it doesnt look like this one is frozen because it comes with ice-cream. An eclair or puff would be different, i think (choux pastry with cream and chocolate topping).
