That's rather early for you. Rio and BsAs have very busy nights. Porteños, however, begin their night by 9pm while cariocas go back home by 11pm.

Visto que vou estar como turista no Rio (conheço bem pouco, fui so uma vez , se alguem está a fim de fazer algum passeio turistico no sabado ou domingo gostaria muito Vai ser sexta ou sabado, eu prefiro sabado, porque são 6 horas de viagem de São Paulo e não tenho certeza se vou conseguir sair daqui muito cedo na sexta.

Alicia: My particular bugaboo: since the objective of the PWW is to chat, what kind of music is not impt but rather the volume. Any time is fine for me but 17h00-19h00 is the pits as far as traffic in Lagoa goes. I'd suggest either 16h00 (still bad, but...) or 20h00 (slightly better).

Decibel: it's live music, usually not loud, and the place is open (tables around a kiosk by the Lagoa) -- they'd need too many megawatts to be really noisy. A table far from the "stage" will suffice. We've held other meetings there without this kind of trouble... The translators' table was noisier, indeed.
