I don't think we''ll find a date to suit everyone. April 6th is a thursday, and although it would be fine for me, I think a lot of people said weekdays are out for them. For me, any saturday is good apart from April 8th.
If we keep going like this, we'll never decide on a date!
As Christine said, let's just organise things more often so that eventually we'll all meet each other.

I meant April the 8th not 6th. But yeah, I guess it's hard to find a date that is suitable for everyone as we seem to be coming from all over Greece! We definitely should have these things more often

I was just wondering whether a date has been finally decided on. I think it's better to prioritise the requirements of people coming from outside Athens, as we who live in Athens could theoretically organise another one whenever it suits us. From what I understood, it's between Saturday April 1st or Saturday April 8th. We could do a poll...;-)

I would appreciate if you can be ready with the poll regarding the dates that are convenient to you for the organization of this event (1 or 8 April 2006), as we have to take a firm decision and go through with it.
Therefore, I would appreciate that everyone until Tuesday 28 March 2006 at 23:59 will send his input regarding the suggested date and time.

Since I live in Athens, any date is fine by me, provided my clients forget me for a day!

Downtown (center) Athens - I am afraid I don't go that often to the center to be able to suggest a venue but I guess that will also depend on how many we will be.

As I have stated in my previous message, downtown Athens (center) is a suggestion. If you or anybody else from the participants has a different idea regarding the venue is more than welcome to state it by Tuesday 28 March at 23:59 the latest in order to have time to make the appropriate arrangements.
