Explanation:
nel link che indico qui sotto, puoi vedere come la definizione di subcontrattato nonn implica (anche se spesso avviene) un contratto a tempo determinato. La sua caratteristica principale è un'altra.
In molti altri siti italiani ho trovato la definizione di "lavoratore subcontrattato" più che subappaltato. (vedi il secondo sito che indico) Subappaltare si usa come verbo ma non tanto come aggettivo, che quando usato è messo tra virgolette.

neutral  Silvia P: è vero, ma subcontrattato lo si trova sempre in contesto ispanico/latinoamericano, per questo mi riferivo alla realtà italiana, infatti il lavoratore interinale non è necessariamente assunto a tempo indeterminato anche se potrebbe

  -> non credo sia possibile fare "un'adattamento culturale" su cose del genere. A meno che non si tratti di un romanzo, bisogna porporzionare l'informazione esatta. In italiano andrà magari spiegato con una locuzione.
