Reserve mobilization OR Emergency Mobilization Explanation: I found a mention of this colombian convocatoria as reservas in a Brazilian site. Anyway it must be a reserve mobilization. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 12 mins (2007-07-23 17:52:00 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- In that article it says the USA asked Colobmbia to declare a reserve mobilization (convocatoria as reservas militares). |
