Spanish term or phrase: agentes de entorno / agentes de entorno de formación
-Acuerdos con los agentes de entorno de formación
-Difusión de los agentes de entorno (branding)
-Difusión de los agentes de entorno (retail)
-Acuerdos con los principales agentes de entorno de formación para la revisión y diseño de nuevos contenidos

This is from a document in Spain, in PowerPoint so the context is very limited, mostly lists of phrases. Is there a term in English for "agentes de entorno" as used in the above examples? Please note the document has nothing to do with the environment (medioambiente), it deals with growth strategies for the textile companies, distribution, etc. Thanks so much, you guys are the best!

Explanation:
I think "de entorno" refers to "from the area", so anything similar should be OK!
