Προφανώς, όπως δείχνουν τα παραδείγματα, προτιμώ το dissemination από το propagation.

Συμφωνώ με τον Κώστα ότι το implement/implementation είναι καλύτερο από το apply/application.
Συμφωνώ ότι το promote/promotion είναι πιο συνηθισμένο στο χώρο των επιχειρήσεων από το disseminate/dissemination. Ήμουν ο πρώτος που ψήφισα την απόδοση.
Αν όμως θέλουν σώνει και καλά να πουν διαδίδω / διάδοση και όχι προωθώ / προάγω, θα πουν disseminate.

Αν και κάτι δεν πάει καλά με τη μετάφρασή σου:
TO DEVELOP, ........... AND APPLICATION .....
Δεν μπορείς να έχεις ουσιαστικά και ρήματα μαζί. Εγώ θα πρότεινα να τα κάνεις όλα ουσιαστικά.

Θα προτείνω και το "developing, promoting and implementing..." του Κώστα ως τρόπο σύνταξης του κειμένου που νομίζω ότι ταιριάζει περισσότερο (ή τουλάχιστον μου αρέσει πιο πολύ!)

Costas Zannis: Δεν είναι λέξεις και έννοιες που συνηθίζονται σε επιχειρηματική διάλεκτο. // Αν και το "development, promotion, and implementation" δίνει οριακά περισσότερες αναφορές, οφείλω να σου αναγνωρίσω τουλάχιστον τον κόπο.
