German term

Neben aller Hoffnung

German to English Art/Literary Psychology
"Neben aller Hoffnung müssen Sie sich auch darauf einstellen, dass die Therapie eventuell nicht zum Erfolg führt. "

Context: Kinderwunsch Brochure ( infertility treatment).

Feeling somewhat uninspired today as well, so help greatly appreciated :)

Even as you hope...you must also bear in mind

might work
Peer comment(s):

agree Horst Huber (X) : For all your hopes, or accepting your hopefulness ... They are trying to be gentle.

neutral Michalsuz : Am not happy with the word 'must' - I know that this is not what this is about - English is more tentative - 'might also bear in mind'

Against all hope

Against all hope, however, you need to remain prepared that the therapy may not be a success.

"Against all hope" may sound like "Gegen alle/r Hoffnung,.." BUT still means to 'not give up hope'. (as in Allison's entry here: "remain/ing optimistic")
