KAG = Kapitalanlagegesellschaft, and I have already introduced this term as being specific to German law in the course of the translation.
My own attempt at translating this sentence reads: "Using the business model of multi-KAG-capable custody operation and fund procurement, xyz is positioning itself between the capital investment companies as product providers on one hand and the distributors (e.g. broker pools) as clients on the other hand." My question is: Can I get away with "multi-KAG-capable"? I would also appreciate help with "Fondsverwahrung" and "Fondsbeschaffung" in this context - thanx.
