the problem is secteur and sub-section isn't it? Well...you might want to use area..the problem here is i can't tell what level of the electrical grid they are on...
FYI, the French has to say à but the English doesn't need it..

electrical sub-section would be OF A LINE or GRID...that is the word used in English...a section of the line or grid...
as for secteur, You could also say section for that...but maybe someone else can weigh in on this technical..
another way to say this is matching;
each boundary of an automated area has a matching electricity sub-section...
