Aus einer Marktstudie über ein vorgeschlagenes neues Hotel. Ich weiss, dass FF&E für furniture, fixtures and equipment steht (Einrichtung und Ausstattung?).

Was mich aber etwas verwirrt ist das "a" vor FF&E - meinen die "a FF&E quality and a service quality", also bezieht sich das Quality nicht nur auf Service sondern auch auf FF&E?

Spacing Concept:

We recommend an initial spacing concept for 50 units (30 Studio Suites and 20 one-bedroom Suites) with ***a F.F.&.E. and Service quality***, reflecting the Four Star Swiss Hospitality Standards.

Furthermore we have taken into consideration, an eventual extension for an additional 50 Units.

The project will feature balconies and we anticipate the future Hotel to be equipped with kitchenettes, refrigerators, coffee/tea-making facilities, cookware, dishes, microwaves, cable television, pay movies, CD players, high-speed Internet access, and VCRs and video-game consoles.
