Läden mit Waren aus Räumungsverkäufen

Explanation:
In London bzw.

explanation

Explanation:
Is this from an Australian text, Monica? In ask because I came across this when searching and thought it might help:

King William Road and Unley Road in Hyde Park are known for their fashion and design stores.

For those keen on a bargain, the Harbour Town shopping complex is not to be missed. Located next to Adelaide Airport, it has over 60 factory outlet shops selling big brands at clearance prices. A smaller number of clearance shops can also be found at Glen Osmond Road at Eastwood.

I'm not Australian, but I would certainly understand a clearance shop to be a sort of factory outlet. There are certainly lots in the UK. I'm not sure whether that's covered by Ingo's suggestion, which is why I've added this separately.

There are also companies who offer "house clearances", i.e they buy up all the furniture and household goods from the houses of people who've died or moved away and then sell it on, but I don't think that would be sold in "clearance shops", rather second-hand shops.

"Seconds" shops, which are also mentioned would sell things like clothes or china of "seconds" quality, i.e. not perfect, but certainly not second hand.

HTH!
