Handelt es sich beim basic remuneration package einfach um das Basisgehalt? Mich irritiert der Begriff "package", können sich dahinter auch noch anderen Vergütungen verbergen?

Das Basisgehalt (Grundgehalt) kann aus einem reinen Geldwert bestehen, läßt sich aber auch durch sog. steuerpflichtige Zuwendungen aufstocken, wie z.B. die Nutzung eines Firmenwagens, die auch teilweise als persönlicher Nutzen besteuert wird. In solchen Fällen erweitert sich der Begriff auf "Grundbezüge".
