Subject to clause 6.1 of the Standard Terms, the Company may make use of the Director's services and subject to the Director's then-current prior professional commitments, which shall be notified to the Company in advance, the Lender shall provide the Director's services in connection with the promotion, publicity and advertising of the Film which shall include the giving of a reasonable number of press and publicity interviews and the making of a reasonable number of personal appearances commensurate with the Director's role as the director of the Film.
