Entre gente técnica es común usarlo sin traducir, o como "distribución de pines", pero creo que es más formal usar "distribución de terminales del ci" En algunas zonas llaman "patilla" al "pin", son varias opciones, selecciona la que se ajuste mejor a tu contexto.
