Unless this is a typo, this may refer to dual antibiotic therapy, which is apparently used in an attempt to reduce inflammation in the treatment of aortic aneurysms (not very successfully, it would seem) - as well as being a cause of them (depending on the AB used - see references). That said, this abbreviation does not appear to be very common in English, and the sources below make no specific reference to dual AB therapy.
