Spanish to English Tech/Engineering Architecture

Hi everyone,

I'm a bit lost with the following sentence:

Pero esto no se queda ahí, ¿y si la modulación de fachada nos sirve para hacer otros submódulos y piezas que nos permitan generar otros espacios?... un sistema integral?

We're talking about repurposing a hospital for administrative use by the local government. Is this talking about the distribution of the facade? Or perhaps panels/sections?

Any suggestions would be very welcome.
