Hi everyone! I'm translating a short book written on how to eradicate tax fraud, and this section is about how freelancers would charge their invoices. I don't understand here how architects charge projects so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

En esta sección abarcarían los dentistas, fontaneros, abogados, procuradores, notarios, registradores de la propiedad, médicos etc.
