(El Sal/CR ) unfairly, wrongfully or constructively dismissed

Perhaps the Central American source-country could be spelled or spelt out without any employer's liability.

UK dismissal:

unfair: at Common Law - compensation payable
wrongful: in contract - damages payable
constructive: employer's conduct triggers employee's departure e.g. by moving worksite hundreds of miles away.

Peer comment(s):

agree Robert Carter : Good explanations. For the US, that's wrongfully terminated/unfairly discharged/constructively discharged.

Thanks. Am unsure what SpanRussian#s target-audience is.
agree neilmac : Although not all dismissals are unfair (etc), this seems to be what they mean here.

Indeed not all unfair whilst, in the UK, dismissal by reason of redundancy will be automatically deemed unfair, such as of a Scottish manager of ManU.

become unemployed involuntarily

I just came across this when I was looking for references to your latest question (about credit protection/loan repayment insurance).
It might provide a solution to phrasing the meaning conveyed in your text.
Translation: "...as long as the debtor-insured has become unemployed involuntarily".

Loan Repayment Insurance is your safety net, which will cover you should misfortune strike and you are unable to meet your monthly loan repayments due to disability, involuntary unemployment or death.

agree Taña Dalglish : Yes, I saw it too and agree that this may be closer to its meaning (http://www.legalmatch.com/law-library/article/credit-insuran... - period of involuntary unemployment, such as a layoff or downsizing).

Many thanks, Taña.
