I would greatly appreciate your assistance with the term "se levanta la tranca". I have searched endlessly for "tranca" and various combinations and come up empty.

Background info:
En esta oportunidad se busca un acuerdo que englobe todas las partes (xxx, xx Y LOS MINEROS) lográndose el compromiso de permitir a los pequeños mineros por sesenta (60) días laborar en el proyecto aclarando que los únicos mineros que podrían trabajar serían los registrados en el censo 91; a esto ellos señalaron que poseían un censo de trabajadores y otros de dueños de máquinas. Para el momento de la firma el estimado de las partes era de seiscientos (600) mineros.

Una vez firmada el acta se llegó a un acuerdo con ellos, ***se levanta la tranca*** con el compromiso de respetar; Primero: no van a construir ningún tipo de campamento dentro de la mina, Segundo: presentar la lista de los mineros que iban a entrar. Este acuerdo no se cumplió, violentan el ingreso irrespetando el censo.

If you use "resolve" instead of "end", it'd give the idea that efforts were made to resolve the differences between the parties.
"end", in my opinion, conveys the idea that the issue resolved by itself.
