Le pregunte al cliente a que se refería y me dijo lo siguiente: "modulo para la gestión de alertas de incidencias producidas durante la hospitalización"

Aparece en el siguiente contexto:

Hola nuevamente. Ante todo gracias por su pronta respuesta y ayuda. El texto tiene como destino a Estados Unidos. A mi gustaría saber si existe algún lugar en un hospital, clínica que se dedique a las "incidencias ocurridas durante una hospitalización" De ser así, le podría sugerir esa opción al cliente, no?

CONTEXTO "Modulo para la gestión de alertas de incidencias producidas durante la hospitalización" me parece un poco vago, sería buena idea pedirle mayores aclaraciones al cliente.

Si no, tendría que ser "Fiscalía"... ¿pero en el ámbito de un hospital? No se entiende.

Más vale no advinar, sobre todo que al parecer el cliente será capaz de ofrecer todas las aclaraciones del caso.

As I say, if this is about Peru, then this Ministry is specific to that country, so there may not be an exact equivalent translation in the UK or US of A, or other English speaking countries.

Las funciones del Ministerio Público están delineadas en la Constitución a partir del artículo 158. La tarea principal del Ministerio Público consiste en:

Promover de oficio, o a petición de parte, la acción judicial en defensa de la legalidad y de los intereses públicos (art. 159).

Es decir, el Ministerio Público defiende los intereses de los ciudadanos a nivel judicial. El Ministerio Público está representado por fiscales y su máximo representante es el Fiscal de la Nación. Actualmente, este cargo es ocupado por Adelaida Bolívar. La tarea de un fiscal es investigar delitos y eventualmente formular denuncia frente al Poder Judicial.

neutral Henry Hinds : In a usual legal context (apparently not the case here), "Minsterio Público" would never be translated as "Public Ministry" or "Ministry of Justice". The proper term is "Public Prosecutor's Office". Here we need more CONTEXT.

Department of Public Prosecutions

The national constitution of most Spanish American countries makes specific reference to a legal institution known as "Ministerio Público." The English equivalent of said term is "Department of Public Prosecutions." It is clear to me that the source document's mention of "Ministerio Público" refers to medical services provided by XX hospital to victims of crime or to criminals in need of medical attention and care.
