influenceability means ability to be influenced by sb/sth...which is what you are looking for...I think maybe you have confused influenceability with influentialness...unfortunately, when it comes to these words in English they will not be short.
Sometimes it is better to change the sentence a little bit and say something like: "...being influenced by advanced Western countries..."

In looking at your whole sentence, I would suggest: "Unfortunately, the pliable/suggestible forces in Iran have always been greater than the influential forces." or "Unfortunately, the forces of pliability/suggestibility in Iran have always been greater than the forces of influence."
