"Intensité" here is the electrical current (amps) the machine "absorbs" or draws from the power supply; "à vide" means the machine is running but not working (i.e. is "empty" and not crushing anything).
Are you sure "breaker" is the right word for "broyeur" here. I would have expected crusher, grinder, or mill, plus a few other words, depending on what is being "broyé".

...would be a slighlty more natural way to express this in EN.
Usually, the 'drawn' can be left off, unless the surrounding context requires some kind of verb to be added.
