register a document/process

Explanation:
Impossible to know without more info, but I'm assuming that they mean registering a document or process in a database. Other possible options are "store/save," but they're riskier because they require more context.

Hi Sam. I understand; a lot of times, when I specify "impossible to know without more info," I realize that the asker might not have much to go on in the first place, but it's important for me to mention it so that they know that there is more than one possibility and that I can't be 100% sure of my answer.

Notes to answerer
Asker: Sorry, I haven't been given much context, but the sentences came in sections headed "Crear un documento" and "Crear un proceso" respectively. I think it's part of the instructions for using an intranet but at this point I can't get any more information.
