Καλημέρα, έχω πρόβλημα με τον όρο "παραχώρηση χρήσης" σε συνδυασμό με τον "παραχωρούντα" και τον "παραχωρησιούχο" που αναφέρεται παρακάτω σε ένα ιδιωτικό συμφωνητικό παραχώρησης χρήσης χώρου. Εάν βάλω το concession ως παραχώρηση, έχω πρόβλημα στην απόδοση των συμβαλλομένων καθώς δεν χρησιμοποιείται πολύ ο όρος concessor όσο ο concessionaire. Εχω δει επίσης τον όρο grantor-grantee και transfer-transferee. Ποιον με συμβουλεύετε να χρησιμοποιήσω;
