PART ONE - CONTRACTUAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
1.1 This offer and your continued employment is conditional upon your
continued eligibility to work in the United Kingdom. You warrant that you
are entitled to work in the United Kingdom without any additional approvals
and in accordance with the relevant Home Office Guidance, we require you
to provide to Human Resources prior to, or on your first day of employment,
evidence that you are eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
1.2 In addition, where appropriate, you must also provide evidence of your
registration or exemption from registration under the Home Office Worker
Registration Scheme.
1.3 You should notify ANSYS UK LIMITED, hereafter called the Company, if
your employment eligibility status changes.
2. Commencement of employment and probationary period
2.1 Your employment with the Company will begin on 6
th April 2021.
2.2 You will be required to complete a probationary period of three months from
the date of commencement of employment. On the satisfactory completion
of the probationary period, your employment will be confirmed. If during the
probationary period the Company is dissatisfied with your performance, your
employment may be terminated in accordance with clause 14.1 below or the
probationary period may be extended.

Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών, απαιτούμε να καταθέσετε στην διεύθυνση
ανθρωπίνου δυναμικού την πρώτη ημέρα της απασχόλησής σας ή το
προηγούμενο διάστημα πειστήρια της καταλληλότητάς σας για εργασία στο
Ηνωμένο Βασίλειο.
1.2 Επιπροσθέτως, όπου είναι αρμοστό, πρέπει να καταθέσετε πειστήρια της

Καταγραφής Εργαζομένων του Υπουργείου Εσωτερικών.
1.3 Σε περίπτωση μεταβολής της νομικής σας κατάστασης για καταλληλότητα
για εργασία, καλείστε να ειδοποιήσετε την ANSYS UK LIMITED (εφεξής:
Εταιρεία).
2. Έναρξη εργασίας και δοκιμαστική περίοδος
2.1 Η απασχόλησή σας στην Εταιρεία θα αρχίσει την 6η Απριλίου 2021.
2.2 Θα χρειαστεί να ολοκληρώσετε μία δοκιμαστική περίοδο τριών μηνών από
την ημερομηνία της έναρξης εργασίας. Η εργασία σας θα επιβεβαιωθεί με
την επαρκή ολοκλήρωση της δοκιμαστικής περιόδου. Εάν η Εταιρεία είναι
δυσαρεστημένη με την απόδοσή σας κατά την δοκιμαστική περίοδο, τότε
ενδέχεται είτε να καταγγελθεί η εργασία σας με βάση την ρήτρα 14.1
κατωτέρω ή να παραταθεί η δοκιμαστική περίοδος.
