I have my Bachelor's Degree in Slavic Languages and Literature, my concentration being Russian language, culture, and history. I also majored in American History, concentrating in American Military History, my field being Eastern European History. I also minored in Russian and European Studies with language certification through Indiana University's Russian East European Institute. I studied Spanish in middle school and 1 year in high school. I have had 6 years of German language instruction, and can understand some Dutch as well. I have learned one year of Polish language, and have taught myself some French and Italian. I am currently doing three internships, one marketing, one journalism, and the other is an editing/translating internship dealing with Russians and ice hockey.
