The camp program includes active recreation, sport, entertainment, and English/Spanish classes.

Could you, please, advise, how to say it in correct English?

It's crucial to use the word "available."
Do you still have two spots available in your summer camp?
If you don't use it, then it sounds like there are total two spots in the camp. :) "Spots" is the right choice.
