The right to termination without a notice period for reasons of a just cause shall remain unimpaired.
A just cause justifying a termination without notice shall – in particular – be the following:
• application to institute any proceeding under any bankruptcy or insolvency laws against the respective other Party;
• default of the Agreement on the part of the respective other Party not having been remedied despite a corresponding notice.
