"Le son du ton". Pitch is "ton", "la note". It sounds strange to me without any context at all.
You cannot leave the word "pitch" in English, it does not make sense.

I have just reconsidered that without more context, we can steer you totally wrong! I was thinking of music in terms of technique, not for technological music (midi instruments, synthesizers...)
In that case, \"pitch\" is used in English. See the link to the glossary:

Un peu plus de contexte aiderait la traduction. Une "pitch pipe" produit un ton de référence pour l'accord. Egalement on peut parler du "pitch" d'un instrument, ce qui est lié à la transposition et éventuellement à la tessiture
