A megadott mondatban nem a vállalatot vagy részleget jelent, hanem olyan rettenten drága gyógyszereket, amelyeket csak krónikus és nagyon súlyos (pl. rák, sclerosis multiplex stb.) betegségek esetén írnak fel. Ezek általában injekció formájában beadandó szerek.

Ezért írtam a speciális gyógyszereket. A hosszabb mondatban viszont meg lehet magyarázni zárójelben (gondolom arra nem vonatkozik a táblázat).
