In a text on the computer-based search system at the German Patent Office, the following sentence appears:
Mit "DEPATIS" verfügen die Prüfer über ein innovatives System für die Patentprüfung und -erteilung, das auf Seiten der Prüfstoffverwaltung eine komplette Schutzrechtsbearbeitung ohne Medienbruch erlaubt.
I'm having problems with the 2nd part of the sentence. My attempt so far is:
With "DEPATIS", the examiners have an innovative system for examining and granting patents that allows patent rights to be processed completely without media transfer on the part of examination material administration.
The last part is too clunky but I can't come up with anything else at the moment. Do any of you have any ideas? Thanks in advance!
