San Francisco del Rincon

One technique that you may find helpful is to specify what abbreviation you are using. So the first mention of the name would appear as,say, "San Francisco del Rincon (SFR)....." and you would then use SFR thereafter without confusion. And that would apply equally to any of the other suggestions above.
But unless the name appears several times in the same sentence, why bother abbreviating?
