Italian to English Bus/Financial Food & Drink Fruit & Vegetable Warehousing

I'm wondering if anyone knows the proper term for this in English.

This is the name of a form, which is filled out when merchandise is removed from cold storage and taken to the packaging area before being packaged and delivered to a customer. It contains lot information, among other things.

Please, I CANNOT USE and would rather not have attempts at a literal translation (which I'm capable of doing myself) or translations based on calques. I'm trying to find out what this is actually called in English -- if such a thing exists.

One possibility: Would those familiar with this field consider this the same thing as a picklist?
