FRENTE FRANCISCO GARNICA Esta organización guerrillera se dio a conocer a mediados de 1993 como un grupo que se había separado del Ejército Popular de Liberación, EPL, dirigido por Francisco Caraballo. El Frente Francisco Garnica actuó en el sur del departamento de Bolívar y firmó acuerdos de paz con el Gobierno Nacional el 30 de junio de 1994.
