Si luego del título de la obra salen fechas o ciudades (que no son parte del título), estos se traducen al idioma meta. Por ejemplo, si sale: Fulano y Mengano, "La decentralización fiscal y sus efectos", Editorial Marengo, octubre de 1999, Panamá. Sería al inglés: Fulano and Mengano, "La decentralización fiscal y sus efectos", Editorial Marengo, october, 1999, Panama.
