diagnostic report Explanation: This a type of report, not a report about a medical diagnosis, but a type of report. Therefore, shouldn't we use the adjective form "diagnostic report" rather than noun + noun form of "diagnosis report". A "statistical report" would present the statistics (obviously) and then those statistics are analysed or summarised in a "diagnostic report". "Diagnostic report" gives a lot more hits than "diagnosis report" (380,000 cf. 60,000) and you can see that they refer to a broad spectrum of subjects.....
