As pastra denumirea "raion", care se foloseste in engleza (vezi exemplul al doilea de mai jos, poti cauta "a raion" sau "the raion" pe google...) si are exact sensul despre care e vorba aici. Mai ales ca documentul este juridic si nu e necesara localizarea.
