Italian term or phrase: giunge abbastanza in attesa
Context:

I understand the phrase as a whole, but what stumps me is the "giunge abbastanza in attesa"
Could anyone shed any light onto its meaning please? I would love to provide at least an attempt but at the moment, nothing comes to mind :(
