This comes from a "Valutazione del Potenziale" that was conducted for a business on three employees.

I don't quite think I understand properly what they are trying to say in this sentence. Can anyone explain please?

Aldo è una persona schietta, diretta e con una eccelente capacitá di comunicazione. È una persona persuasiva, cerca di influenzare il suo interlocutore e domina la comunicazione verbale e non verbale. Si adatta sempre al linguaggio del suo interlocutore e alle altre persone con cui si rapporta. Nel Role-play utilizza un chiaro “straight talk” col suo collaboratore, dicendo le cose chiaramente, senza mezzi termini, anche se a volte è troppo duro nel tipo di comunicazione.

Innovation

Le principali innovazioni che Aldo ha sviluppato in Italia sono state:

la creazione di un nuovo team lasciando le persone valide che c´erano prima; si sono definiti dei processi, delle funzioni (“task to do e non do”)...

Per esempio, in un primo momento, le prevendite comunicavano i prezzi ai clienti, compito attribuito successivamente ai commerciali, o la applicazione della legge sulla securitá nel lavoro, etc.
