  -> If they were taking about "risorse umane" then yes but not here because EBIT is not "risorse umane" but earnings before interest and tax which is "risultato operativo". Organico also means "organic" as well as workforce depending on the context.

agree  Cathryn Taylor: I'd use 'overall' (to simplify the sentence) if it's clear that the result refers to that of the company and its subsidiaries. If specific just to that company, then 'at company level' might be better
