"Gestione (e dismissione) dei beni immobili e mobili registrati legati all'attività aziendale:
la gestione dei beni mobili registrati e del patrimonio immobiliare è effettuato da XXX sulla base del contratto di servizi stipulato".

They then go on to talk about company cars. I can't think of a more "movable asset" than a car ... .

recorded chattels or movables

Explanation:
There is a decent Wikipedia entry that discusses this:

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Personal_property

Chattels is common law, movables is civil law. It refers to movable property.

I tend to use recorded, but surrounding context may warrant registered.

registered chattel

Explanation:
I think that the translation of "registrati" (registered) can be omitted, since "Chattel" covers all the goods different from the real estate.

The "Beni Mobili Registrati" cathegory is smaller than the "Beni Mobili" and hints to the goods that are movable and registered in the Public Registers (for the material things the category can be limited to the vehicles).

Hope it is useful

Marcello
