In vielen Projekten des Bildungsprogramms „Europäischer Sozialer Dialog“ von XXX sind in den vergangenen Jahren Diskriminierung und Unterdrückung von Frauen, berufliche Benachteiligungen, die Vereinbarkeit von Familie und Beruf sowie demographische Entwicklungen diskutiert worden.

Parla delle condizioni delle donne nel mondo del lavoro in Europa. "Oppressione" mi sembra un pò esagerato, "scarsa considerazione" forse troppo blando.
Non riesco a trovare il termine giusto.
