*Pruefer = investigator, examiner...?
*Zurueckweisung = refusal, denial, exclusion...? Having a bit of trouble with making the sentence flow...as well as with the next one.


"Mit dem jetzt vorliegenden Bescheid wurden diese Ansprueche zurueckgewiesen, allerdings wird der auf eine Einzelverbindung gerichtete Anspruch fuer gewaehrbar gehalten, wenn er als selbstaendiger anspruch vorgelegt werden wuerde."

*zurueckgewiesen = rejected, denied...?
*Bescheid = decision, notification...?
