See below Explanation: Yes, it does seem redundant. I would suggest translating it as "... at/with the start of active business operations of the stock exchange via EEX." This would distinguish it from passive operations (planning for launch, start-up management, etc) which seems to me to be what the author intended. Hope this helps, Will |
