German term or phrase: 16-Punkte-Küche
Hi everybody, happy 2009 to y'all!

I could use some help here. The complete sentence is:
"Das beste 4-Sterne-Winterhotel ist familiär und gemütlich, hat Wärme und Komfort, eine 16-Punkte-Küche und die schönste Aussicht am Ort."

The 16 points are awarded by the Gault Millau guide. While this seems implied in the German text, I'm not sure if it's as self-evident in English.
I found no Google hits for "16-point kitchen", only one for "16-point cuisine", and yet another one for "16-point restaurant".

My best try so far -since I also want to keep it nice and short- is "a 16-Gault Millau point (carrying) restaurant".
Does anybody know a better option?

Thanks in advance!

rated 16/20 by the Gault-Millau guide
Explanation:
It's the restaurant that receives the rating. I would say something like "restaurant with a Gault-Millau rating of 16/20" or "restaurant rated 16/20 by the G-M guide".

agree  jccantrell: I might go with 'cuisine' as the GM guide just rates the food (or, it did). For us poor Merkins who have never heard of it, you might go with "awarded 16 points in the GM guide" or some such phrasing.

-> Thank you :)) You're right - they just award points for the quality of the "Küche", not the service or equipment, so cuisine seems to fit better.

agree  Lonnie Legg: with 'cuisine'

agree  Cecelia Murphy: agree with cuisine. I think someone should post it as a separate answer but I'm not going to because it would seem unfair.

disagree  David Moore (X): Sorry, Andrea, but awarded "with" is wrong. "Rewarded with" would be correct, but not the best use here.
