German term or phrase: wirken im Ergebnis
Hello, I have popped some context below (taken from meeting minutes). I can't figure out what "wirken 2,5 im Ergebnis" might mean in a stricly financial context. Many thanks!

recognised in income
Explanation:
You would need to cross-check with the author whether the figure refers to thousands or millions; I believe this refers to the amount of restructuring expenses recognised in income.

affected 2,5 in outcome

Explanation:
I combined a couple of entries from 3 PONS dictionaries (Business English, Bank- und Finanzwesen and Experten) and thought it should convey the meaning of "to cause 2,5 (plus) in effect", hence my suggestion!.

disagree  RobinB: Perhaps you can explain what exactly "affected ... in outcome" and "to cause ... (plus) in effect" actually mean, and which language you're writing in: English it ain't.

agree  RobinB: or "recognised in profit or loss". The 2'5 looks rather Swiss, so possibly 2.5 million.
