agree  sofijana: Medicinski rečnik: screening= ispitivanje. U ovom slučaju, ja bih ostavila "neuspeli skrining", da ne bi došlo do zabune ("neuspelo ispitivanje"), gde "ispitivanje" može da se shvati kao "examination".
