19.2.3 The EPC Contractor shall provide a make good guarantee (the "Make Good Guarantee") prior to the Provisional Acceptance Certificate, as attached hereto as Appendix I(2) in a total amount equal to five (5) percent of the Contract Price for the period commencing upon the Taking Over. The Make Good Guarantee shall expire upon the expiry of the Make Good Period. The EPC Contractor shall provide Extended Make Good Period Guarantee for the make good obligations subject to Extended Make Good Period before the Final Acceptance Test in a total amount equal to one hundred (100) percent of the value of the Equipment affected by the Extended Make Good Period. In case of withdrawal of any amount from the Make Good Guarantee the EPC Contractor shall re-fill in the Make Good Guarantee to five (5) percent of the Contract Price at latest fifteen (15) Calendar Days after the withdrawal. In case the EPC Contractor does not re-fill the Make Good Guarantee, the Owner, without derogation to other rights it may have, is entitled to withdraw the remaining amount of the Make Good Guarantee."
